A few ground rules.

Bad Times Dance Studio creates AI dance interpretations from photos. These terms describe the service, credits and responsible use.

Use photos you have permission to use

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use and process. Obtain consent from people pictured where needed. Do not use the studio to impersonate someone deceptively, harass people, create illegal content or violate another person’s rights.

An AI interpretation

Generated motion, expression and likeness can vary. A template describes a creative direction rather than guaranteeing a particular frame or exact choreography. Public TikTok examples show the source trend and include creator attribution. They are separate from videos generated for your account. Label AI-generated content when required by the platform where you share it.

Credit purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Pack credits do not expire. Each render’s required credits appear before generation and are reserved when the server accepts the task. Confirmed failed renders return their reserved credits. An unconfirmed provider response stays pending while the original task is checked; it does not create a new paid request.

Purchase questions

For a duplicate charge, disputed purchase or unused-pack refund request, use the merchant contact on your Stripe receipt and provide the checkout reference. A returned generation credit is a credit-balance adjustment, not a payment-card refund. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Music and publishing

The studio does not bundle the original Bad Times recording. Optional audio is an original AI-generated beat. When adding a platform sound or sharing a result, check that you have the required music, likeness and other rights for your intended use. A generated video does not grant rights to third-party material.

Independent brand

This is the official website of Bad Times Dance Studio. The service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, CapCut, or any song owner or artist. References to the dance trend identify the creative theme of the product.

Availability

Generation time depends on output settings and queue conditions. Service availability and output quality are not guaranteed. If a render fails, its credits are returned according to the task’s confirmed server outcome.
